Last night, at the big birthday party with the family, wrapping paper flying everywhere as the boys all three open their presents at the same time, in total chaos, Sam says...
"Oh, I really, really wanted this. I have no idea what this is, but I really wanted it!"
It takes so little to make that guy happy, such a loving heart.

I don't even think kids really need toys you buy at a store. They seem happpy with a piece of scrap paper, empty plastic bowl, etc. It probably helps their creativity too. Taryn got a "stuffed" bear for her birthday that has tiny disks you stick in its back and then it tells stories with moving mouth, hand motions and everything. The mechanism is so loud you can hardly hear the bear's voice. She was not too impressed. She would rather play with a few plastic animals that cost $5 than this $50 toy!
